Sawyer 35 Pilothouse Motor Cruiser
This well-proven passage maker has featured in the Wooden Boat Festival in Hobart. This attractive vessel, a traditional double-ended cray boat hull design was heavily built to commercial specifications by the Sawyer brothers. Powered by a slow revving 90 hp Fiat she has a cruising range of over 1000 nm and is a superb seaboat (enhanced by a furling steadying sail). She is round bilged, carvel planked in 25mm x 120mm Spotted Gum, copper nailed and roved with bronze bolts. This vessel offers all the crew comforts and is equipped to blue water cruising standards having made the voyage between Tasmania and Morton Bay, Queensland several times and has cruised extensively in Tasmanian and Queensland waters. She has been well-maintained and presents in very good condition. She is ready to go to sea when you are.

Check crankcase pressure
Strip top end and carry out general inspection – no issues
Remove, strip and service salt water pump
Remove, strip and service header tank, heat exchanger, etc + acid wash
Replace components as required
Re-assemble salt water pump and heat exchanger
Prep & paint components
Perform cooling system flush
Change oils, filters, anode etc.
The Genset also received a full service minus striping the heat exchanger and top end.
