Adams 12 "Sundowner"
“Sundowner”, has been a part of the family from new (one owner). Sadly the time has come for this much-loved yacht to be sold. The Adams 12 was a breakthrough design of Joe Adams. The light displacement and huge beam carried back to the stern resulted in a yacht that is an outstanding performer under sail, sea-kindly, safe and spacious above and below deck. These timeless Adams 12's are sought after today being ideal for short-handed cruising and comfortable with plenty of space for the family/crew and of course fun to race. “Sundowner” has been very well maintained from new by her experienced owners. She was re-powered with a 39 hp Yanmar.
“Sundowner” is now ready to provide years of safe, sailing pleasure to another family. This boat represents OUTSTANDING VALUE FOR MONEY.
