Adams 45 Ketch "Blue Sands" SOLD
“Blue Sands” reg. No. 48279 FOR SALE by PUBLIC TENDER on behalf of a Deceased Estate.
“Blue Sands” is an ocean capable centre cockpit ketch. The Joe Adams pedigree guarantees an efficient, sea-kindly hull under sail or motor. She is a coastal or blue water cruiser with a comprehensive inventory. The spacious saloon with its fine timber fit-out, the owners' cabin aft with its double bed and ensuite bathroom and the four-berth cabin forward with en-suite make this vessel an ideal liveaboard. In 2014 the vessel underwent a major re-fit. In recent times, the owner (now deceased) was unable to maintain the vessel. It needs work which is believed to be mainly cosmetic however interested parties will need to undertake their own due diligence.
