Carbineer 46 Pilothouse Ketch "Traveller" SOLD
The Carbineer 46 Pilothouse, designed by Laurent Giles (UK), is an all-time great, blue water cruiser. With high prow and topsides and long cruising keel, these highly respected cruisers are outstanding sea boats. Then there is the magnificent pilothouse from where the crew run the vessel in comfort regardless of the weather. Built by the Lasky brothers in Victoria to commercial specs, this vessel is immensely strong. Ketch rigged with a hydraulically furled main and mizzen and furling headsail, 2 x helm stations (cockpit and pilothouse), a 140 hp Volvo Penta diesel and a near new bow-thruster this 20-tonne vessel can be handled by a couple safely and with ease. “Traveller” sleeps 10 and offers all the comforts below deck. A major repair/refit/upgrade programme was undertaken between 2015 and 2021. SEE GENERAL REMARKS for a catalogue of works.
